My kid always love having twista bros, it has a lot of different flavours.Its quick to order and staff is very friendly..Its kids friendly!!!

Worst customer service ever!! Today, at Wyndham Holi event (President's Park, Wyndham Vale), there was just 1 man serving a long line at his own sweet pace, we had to wait for 30mins to get our turn. After a while, 2 team members arrive to help out, we had just placed our order and were waiting to collect. Meanwhile, the guy in this photo starts taking orders and handing out the twistees to the people he just took orders from. I just reminded him kindly that we along with one another couple had ordered before them and still waiting for our order. For which he rudely shouted 'I didn't take your order, so wait patiently!' When I made him understand that we ordered first and he was handing out to people whom came after us he asked me to stop shouting and wait patiently. People around were shocked by his response. His other 2 team members were laughing at what was happening instead of taking it seriously. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, DONT UNDERSTAND HOW SUCH MEN GET TO WORK IN THIS INDUSTRY! If they belong to the owners family, shame on them! He never apologised for his behaviour and continued serving. WILL NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN!

We had great experience with Twista Bro's, we are so happy to see Kamini back. She is so kind and she has good skills how to interact with customers moreover the food is also amazing.... 👌👌
