We ordered potato cakes, chips and calamari. The salt/pepper calamari was yum, the rest of the food was absolutely soaked in oil and very greasy. Very overpriced, could get a full order including fish from a proper fish n chip shop for the same price. Atmosphere was meh, a few tables just plonked outside the van. This is a tourist trap. Listen to reviews, definitely get better quality elsewhere. We waited around 10/15 mins which was pretty good as there was no one else there.

Not recommended Waited almost an order for the food. Only a couple of people were in the line for ordering, and the staff didn't tell me it's gonna a long wait for the food. The fish was dry, salad with too much dressing (like soaking in the dressing). Given the quality, $45 only with 2 pieces of fish, 2 potato cakes, 6 calamari rings, chips and salad is over-priced. Definitely not going back

They have nice takeaway packs with good variety. I liked the salad too, it all did seem fresh and crispy. Much better than other fish and chips with pretty much the same menu. Even better if you can find yourself a seat with great views. They have recently increased their prices though 😒.

NOT Recommended. Other reviews were right about the wait time and poor service. Waited painfully 50mins for our order because "your order is bigger than others, so we make theirs first." What, so if I had the biggest order, I'd have to wait indefinitely? And that response is ONLY AFTER I confronted them after 40mins wait. Who knows how much longer I'd have to wait if I didn't ask. No reasons given before, no apologies after. Even dropped one of our calamari when they handed us the food, saw it, and looked away. My partner asked for a replacement one, and was given a half cooked calamari, which we couldn't eat. $45 is definitely overpriced for the amount and quality. Also saw others getting charged $3 to use their tomato sauce. Not the packets, If it wasn't for the location, I highly doubt they can have any businesses. If you want to have fish and chips by Frankton beach, I highly recommend you get it elsewhere and bring it yourself.
