Paella was delicious and a huge success at our daughters 21st. The whole operation was seamless from booking to set up, serving of food and clean up. Kailie and Matheous were friendly, professional and engaging. With two paellas it was easy to cater for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Our guests all enjoyed and we would definitely recommend and use Sofrito Paella again. Many thanks to the team!
