Gualterio and the Paelle Fiesta team were able to provide lunch for 65 people at short notice. The paellas were excellent and enjoyed by all who attended. Gualterio was accommodating of all requests and the whole process from ordering through to eating ran smoothly. Our workplace looks forward to the next opportunity to enjoy more fabulous food from Paella Fiesta.

Paella Fiesta have become along the years one of if not the best representative of Spanish cuisine in Perth, respectful with the traditional recipes, diverse regarding choice of gastronomic options and extremely professional and organized in catering events. Furthermore, their chef Mr Walter Fernandez adds an extra value to the mix with his deep cultural knowledge, international experience, natural sympathy and that high work-ethics you may expect when you open your home's doors to somebody that would end up bringing up a great surprise and fantastic memory to the guests of that special party you've been planning for so long. You will only regret he didn't prepare some extra more than needed, to keep the spares for the morning after!

Thank you Paella Fiesta for catering our party last night. Walter is an amazing chef, a great communicator and impeccable organiser who helped us put a menu together, assisted with the set up and made the night so easy and enjoyable. We had the most delicious chicken chorizo and vegetarian paellas, all served on individual plates. Watching the paellas getting made was incredible and the guests loved watching the cooking process as much as they loved the delicious food. Even the harshest food critics loved the paella and having Pealla Fiesta cater the event made the party so much more enjoyable. Big thanks from the Hajigabriels !

I could not expect any better for my event and my guests. Walter was very kind and professional and managed to cook two gigantic paella’s (mixta and vegetarian) about which my guests had tons of outstanding feedbacks. I definitely recommend Paella Fiesta.
