Worst thing I've ever eaten. Chips are just frozen crinkle cut fresh out of a bag and taste like old dirty oil. The parma is under cooked, but half is dry. Don't even know how you can do that. Stay away.

I’ve order from here a couple of time. The loaded chips are great, no real problems there. However, the burgers (a different one each time) had raw meat on the inside. You can’t do a minced beef on the rare side of things. I have them a pass the first time as maybe an error, wrong patty grabbed or something. But the second time a couple of weeks later was the exact same result on a different burger. Disappointing, can’t risk eating here again.

I ordered my dinner through menuelog and waited for 30 minutes past the last expected arival time to call, I should note that they claimed that it was with the driveramd being delivered. When I did call I was informed that they hadnt even started making my food an hour after the order was placed. Im writing this 2 hours since placing the order and still have yet to see my food and I attempted to call and it rang out.

This place is sullying the good name of Lazy Gramps. This franchise make some of the nicest burgers and I was so happy when I first heard they were opening in Pakenham. The burger I just had was terrible with a plain patty that was store bought, stale bread and no special sauce like it was meant to. The chips were bland equal to some of the most basic fish and chip stores. Where are the giant chips and hand made ground meat patties cooked to perfection? Do yourself a favour and never get a burger from here.
